Thrifty Thursday: It doesn't get better than free!

My parents are going through a major decluttering/simplifying season right now.  While they purge things from their home they've had for years, my brothers and I reap the benefits!  Just take a look at some of the items I've hauled home from their house!  It may seem crazy to bring home more projects, but most of this will be fixed up and put in my booth at the upcoming craft show.  I'm partnering with some friends and family members and the theme of our booth is "going green" so everything is either repurposed, refinished, etc.  This stuff is perfect...or will be, after a little work!

4 (heavy!) red candlesticks (will be painted for the show)
2 small lamps with shades (will be painted and shades recovered, also for the show)
3 white shelves (for Miss A's room!)
Old nylon flag (not sure what I'll do with this; don't want to be disrespectful)

Black and cream frames (will be menu boards for craft show)
Flower mirror and wall-hanging (for Miss A's room)

I also came home with a cute quilt for Miss A's room, but I can't show you that just yet (she's asleep on it right now!)  And I think there were a few other things as well, but in the mess of our house, I can't find them at the moment.  I'm hoping to be able to show you some of these finished projects next week.  And tomorrow, I'm planning to show you the refinished Ugly Clock!  Hope to see you there!
