Pizza Stromboli

We liked the ham 'n' swiss stromboli so much, I decided to try making a pizza stromboli.'s soooo good!  Just like the other, it's really easy to throw together.  Start to finish, I had lunch on the table in 40 minutes and 30 of that was baking time.

This time, rather than stuffing with ham, Swiss cheese, green onions and bacon crumbles, I stuffed it with pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, black olives and chopped sweet red pepper.  I would have also added mushrooms, but we didn't have any.  I served it with pizza sauce for dipping, but it wasn't necessary.  It was yummy on its own!  Next time I'll use shredded mozzarella...I had slices that I used and I think it ended up being too much cheese, but it was still delicious (if not heart attack inducing!)
