Master Bedroom Inspiration Board

I'm currently working on crossing off the master bedroom projects for Project Home.  So far, we've painted the walls Young Cadet (dark blue) and the trim is Crisp Linen (creamy white).  I'm painting the side tables khaki and plan to use white, cream and khaki bedding, with a few black accents.  I'm trying to decide what other accent color I should use, if any at all.  The first swatch is the wall color (at least it looks that way on my monitor), khaki, white trim and black.  The second swatch includes the two colors I'm considering adding to the mix: either red or pale yellow.  I created the accent color swatch so that I could cover one side with my hand and see how each color scheme would look.

I failed to mention in my previous post that my goal for Project Home is to spend as little money as possible.  I want to use up the accessories and fabrics that I already have laying around the house. My  first thought was red.  I have a few different types of red fabric that I could use for throw pillows and I have some red tab-top curtains.  However, I'm afraid it might look too...Uncle Sam?  My other thought was pale yellow.  I don't own anything that color and would have to buy fabric, but I think it might help it look fresh and relaxed.  Overall, I want it to be a very casual room, nothing stuffy or overdone.

I know there are people reading because I see the counter going up on a daily basis.  ;)   So, it's time to come out of the woodwork and share your opinions.  What do you think?  Vote in the comments section: Red, Pale yellow or Neither?  If you have another suggestion, I'd love to hear it!

Not red. Red causes anger and stress. Doesn't belong in the bedroom. The yellow is nice. Cheerful and light with the calming blue. But I'm no decor expert, so I'm sure others will disagree.

I love red, but I think I'm getting tired of it (gasp!) so I'm kind of leaning that direction. The yellow would be a nice change I think.
